Axiom SOL: Trade

About this policy

Axiom SOL: Trade is a personal trading discipline journal. This policy describes the Android application and its website. Last updated: 15 October 2026.

Your journal stays on your device

Plans, checklists, notes, outcomes, reviews and lesson progress are stored in the app’s local WebView storage. Appearance settings are stored locally as well. Journal content is not uploaded to our application server. We do not provide an account, cloud synchronization, wallet connection, brokerage or trade execution.

Network requests

The app requests its configuration and web pages over HTTPS. To deliver and protect those requests, our hosting and network providers process connection information such as your IP address, requested address, browser or device information and request time. The supplied application server has no analytics or advertising SDK and its nginx access logging is disabled. Security and error records can still be processed by the hosting or network provider.

Other websites and cookies

If the app opens an external website, that provider receives the requests for its pages and may use its own cookies, storage and services under its own privacy policy. The app does not send your journal to those websites. Local storage is separated by website origin. Review the destination’s policy before submitting information there. The journal itself uses local storage for its features, not advertising cookies.

Support messages

If you contact support by email, your email provider and the support mailbox process your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Include only information necessary to explain your request; do not send passwords, wallet recovery phrases or financial account credentials.

Use and sharing

Connection information is used for page delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abuse. Support messages are used to answer your request. Service providers may process this information to perform those services. We do not sell your journal entries or use them for advertising. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.

Retention and deletion

Local journal records remain until you delete them in Settings → Delete journal data, clear the application’s storage, or uninstall the app. Exported copies remain wherever you saved them and must be deleted separately. Appearance settings remain after journal deletion; clearing app storage removes them. There is no server account to delete and we cannot retrieve or erase a journal stored only on your device remotely. Support and operational records are retained only for responding to requests, security, troubleshooting or applicable legal obligations, and are deleted when no longer needed for those purposes. Hosting providers apply their own retention settings to their service records. Contact support about records associated with a support request or network service.

Security

The app uses HTTPS for hosted content, rejects invalid TLS certificates, limits its permissions to internet access and does not expose its journal interface to third-party pages. Android backup is disabled for this app. Local records rely on your device’s security; use a screen lock and keep the operating system updated. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and questions

You can export and delete local records from Settings without creating an account. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information held in support or service records. Contact [email protected] for support or privacy questions.

Changes

This page will be updated when data handling changes. The update date above identifies the current version. Changes to features or service providers must also be reflected in the app’s disclosures and Google Play Data safety information.
